EasyKitas, operated by PT Anaira Megalindo Mandiri, provides immigration consultancy services including KITAS extensions, visa services, and tax compliance assistance for foreign nationals in Indonesia. Our role is to facilitate and assist with immigration processes; final decisions on applications rest with the relevant Indonesian government authorities.
Clients are responsible for: providing accurate and complete personal information, submitting authentic and unaltered documents, informing us of any changes to their circumstances that may affect their application, and complying with all applicable Indonesian laws and regulations. Providing false or misleading information may result in application rejection and termination of services.
Service fees will be communicated during the initial consultation. Fees are due as agreed before processing begins. Refund policies vary by service type and processing stage. Government fees paid on your behalf are non-refundable. Detailed fee breakdowns will be provided in your service agreement.
Processing times provided are estimates based on standard government processing periods. Actual processing times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including government office workload, public holidays, and additional document requests. We will keep you informed of any delays.
EasyKitas acts as an immigration consultancy and facilitator. We do not guarantee the approval of any application. We shall not be liable for: decisions made by immigration authorities, delays caused by government processing, losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the client, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.
